This live video session holds space for you to talk. Any topics are relevant, whether you’d like to share your feelings on a hard time in your life, or share your happiness in life. Judgments are not welcome for this holding space hour. The purpose of this session is:


1. For you to be listened to and understood 

2. To allow flow 

3. For you to know that you can be trusted 

4. To be open to whatever emotions come up

5. To NOT have a 'problem-solving' session


“Holding space” means being physically, mentally, and emotionally present for someone. It means putting your focus on someone to support them as they feel their feelings. 


How the session will proceed: 


1-2 mins: Clarifying the purpose and intent of the session 

5 mins: Meditation 

5 mins: Reciting a mantra for the session 

40 - 45 mins: Holding space: Clients open up to share what’s in their hearts and on their mind

5-10 mins: Wrap up and clearing energy 


Choose 2 possible slots for the video call. Tan will send you a confirmation for 1 of them in an email. Available slots in June:

Before the reading:

Tan will drop an email prior to the reading to confirm your slot. Then you will receive a zoom link invitation before the session.


After the reading:

You will receive a recorded audio of the session for your reference (optional). 


**There is a limited number of available slots per month, if you check the website and it says ‘out of stock’ it means the limit of available sessions have been met that month, and you can check back in the month after when sessions are opened again! :)
